Controller

With over 27 years of experience at Samuel Land Company, Valerie Bochicchio is a key part of the management team. She has extensive knowledge of the unique accounting issues surrounding the commercial real estate industry. As Controller, Val handles all of the company’s accounting and reporting needs.

Val is a graduate of Duquesne University, where she earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration / Accounting. She and her husband, Carmen, reside in the South Hills section of Pittsburgh with their 4 children.
