Damian G. Zamias

President & Chief Executive Officer

Damian Zamias has been actively involved in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate for 40 plus years. His experience includes brokerage, retail and residential leasing, and all aspects of ground up development, from concept through completion.

As a developer, his background encompasses site selection and acquisition, project team creation, entitlements, leasing, construction, A&E oversight, and construction and permanent financing.

In addition to his development experience, Damian has extensive experience in the acquisition of income producing properties, having led the purchase of 17 regional malls and various smaller retail properties. His acquisition activities include the 2009 purchase of Samuel Land Company. Through the years, he has lectured at universities and trade organizations on development and environmental issues.

Damian majored in Philosophy at the University of Pittsburgh. He resides in the Shadyside section of Pittsburgh with his wife, Kathryn. He has three children: Matthew, Lisa, and Alexandra.
